Through alleys and dead ends, in the heart of historical and old neighbourhoods, along the riverside, with about 18 km of fun and leisure between Belém and Parque das Nações, follow defined routes or simply relax.

Arrábida
To the south of Lisbon, the Arrábida Natural Park is a biogenetic reserve of about 10,800 hectares. The beaches protected by the mountains have calm and transparent waters.
Sintra
The protected landscape romantic villa and World Heritage Site since 1995. Go to Cabo da Roca, the most western point of mainland Portugal.
Surfing
Ericeira, 35 km north of Lisbon, is the only world surf reserve in Europe and the third in the world. Annually, it receives the World Surf Championship in Ribeira D'Ilhas.
Beaches
To the south on Lisbon outskirts, discover a multitude of beaches and fishing ports, between the Costa de Caparica and the Setúbal Peninsula and between the municipalities of Oeiras and Sintra.
